Nathaly leads Google Cloud’s EMEA public policy and government affairs efforts in the areas of data protection, data governance & security.
With over 15 years of industry experience operating at the intersection of law, technology, policy, and operational compliance, Nathaly has led key Google Cloud’s regulatory compliance efforts, such as those to address GDPR and the NIS Directive. Before joining Google Cloud, Nathaly led the Spanish Association of Information Security (ISMS Forum) and worked as a legal counsel advising multinational corporations on a wide range of privacy and security matters. 
Nathaly holds an LL.M. in IT Law, and a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing and Privacy. She’s co- co-founder of the Cloud Security Alliance Spanish Chapter and lectures at the IE’s Business and Law Schools Masters in Cybersecurity and LegalTech, respectively.
