Dr. Carolin Gütschow

Dr. Carolin Gütschow is a seasoned legal professional based in Berlin, currently serving as Director Legal, Global at Parloa, a conversational AI platform company. She has been with Parloa for four years, guiding the company through its growth journey, from financing rounds to building the legal framework for an AI platform that meets the demanding requirements of regulated enterprise customers. Leading a team of ten, she oversees Compliance, Information Security & Technology, Commercial, and Legal Operations, and actively shapes how AI can be deployed in a legally sound and responsible way. Prior to Parloa, Carolin built a strong track record across Berlin's tech and healthcare sectors. She worked as Inhouse Legal Counsel at allmyhomes GmbH (2022) and Uberall (2018–2022), and held a management role as Head of Proposal Management at VHP Vamed Health Project GmbH. Earlier in her career, she served as in-house counsel at Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH for over five years, covering legal matters for one of Europe's largest hospital operators.
